Kevin is a California licensed real estate Broker and has been a Realtor since 1979. While specializing in residential and land sales in Los Angeles and Ventura counties Kevin also has extensive experience in new home sales and was the head of sales and marketing for several large local builders. The National Association of Realtors just approved Kevin's certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource specialist, adding the SFR designation to his name.
